Hi!
I’m Teja Balu.

I am currently working as a Project Manager in Digital Transformation Team at Saint-Gobain Glass. I've done a graduate and undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering. I’m interested in design, art and technology.
Also, I love reading books (science fiction, high fantasy).

What I've done

I graduated with an Integrated Bachelor's, in Mechanical Engineering, and Master's in Advanced Manufacturing. Taking an interest in Product Design and Digital Art, I took part in various design competitions and did personal projects. I’ve also explored fields of AI/ML at later stages in my college.

What I'm doing

I'm currently working as a Project Manager for Industry 4.0 initiatives at Saint-Gobain Glass, India. My work involves ideating new projects, interacting with users and identifying pain points, creating process flows using visual stream maps, architecture design of digital products, and deployment.

What I'm aspiring for

Leveraging my engineering, design, and digital background, I want to delve further into interdisciplinary studies and the innovation that happens in amidst different fields. Being passionate in the areas of technology and design, I realized Product Management is the way forward.
